Appointments may be booked over the phone (415.255.4777) or via the booking widget below. If you have any difficulty with our new booking software, please don't hesitate to contact us.
It is our policy to have a credit card on file for each client in order to hold appointments. We will never charge you without your permission except in the event of a late cancellation or a no-call/no-show.
If you would like to book an appointment or add additional services but the option is not available on the schedule, please call the salon at 415-255-4777 to see if we can find a way to accommodate you!
Please note that appointments must be added to the schedule in order to be considered - we do not accept appointment requests in the "comments" section of the booking process. If you are trying to book an appointment and the system won't let you, chances are it is because there is no time on the schedule to accommodate your request.
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, and need to reschedule or cancel, we ask that you call us at 415.255.4777 at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that responses to appointment reminder texts do not reach us, as they are system-automated.
Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours are subject to 50% of the service cost. No call/no shows are subject to 100% of the service cost.
